Professional Staging or Virtual Stage or Self Stage Your Home

When the buyer enters your home they need to go, WOW! You can never get back a first impression. I have worked with hundreds of buyers and I have heard all the comments they make when they go through a home. Believe me, they notice everything. We offer a complimentary Staging Consultation. Our stager will tour your home and give you a “walk and talk”. You can then implement all of her recommendations or hire her to do specific improvements. Homes that are staged sell faster and for more money.

Professional Photography.

We live in a visual world. Although, we will write up a great description of your home, people go to the photo’s first. All of our listings come with professional photography. Every property is unique. Depending on what your home requires, we may also add in drone photos from the sky and a professional video tour. Professional photography has a 3 to 5 day turnaround. If you want to list now, your in good hands. We take fantastic photos with professional equipment.

Video Tour.

Video tours are a great way to show off a home and give the buyer a true sense of the living space. We take footage throughout the home and put together a video tour using the latest video production software.

Gathering All The Details

Buyer’s notice when you only provide them with limited information and sometimes will skip even making an appointment when information is omitted. We will go through all the information fields MLS has and maximize the amount of information we provide.

Property Descriptions.

Through years of practice, we will write up a compelling descriptions of your home. Everyone looks at the pictures first and the descriptions are what seals the deal to an appointment. The information provided will inform buyers of all the features and updates your property has.

Home Brochure.

Promo materials like brochures, copies of the sellers disclosure and survey all have to be created, printed and placed at the home as a leave behind for the buyers to take with them after touring your home.

Lockbox Installation.

Make sure you have an extra set of keys. Using a lockbox is the best way to make sure buyers can have access to see your home on their schedule. If your home is not available to be seen, they will skip it and that becomes a lost opportunity..

Additional Options.

Complimentary Booties. Worried about strangers wearing shoes and making a mess of your floors? No problem. We can request that buyers remove their shoes or wear our complimentary booties to cover their shoes. Our booties come in a bootie basket that we can leave by the front door.

Pre-listing Home Inspection. Once the home is under contract, the home inspection is the responsibility of the buyer.
