Getting Started. This initial meeting where we discuss all the benefits of hiring The Costa Team and Weichert, Realtors. We review the value of your home and come up with net amount of how much your gonna walk away with. We review the entire process of selling your home from start to finish and from there you can decide if we are the right fit to work together. We sign an agreement that solidifies the relationship between The Costa Team as your agent and yourselves as the client. The work begins immediately preparing your home for sale. Once photography is completed, we meet a 2nd time to review the marketing, sign the MLS Listing agreement and launch the marketing plan.

In the State of New Jersey, the commission to sell your home is 100% negotiable. We will review the current rates that are being charged in your area so that we can agree on a commission that is reasonable and in line with the market.
HIRING THE VINCENT COSTA AS YOUR LISTING AGENT.
Now that you have all the facts it is time to make a decision and move forward with the sale of your home. The first step is to fill out the seller’s property condition disclosure statement. This is a questionnaire about the home that will ask you a series of questions you need to answer honestly, yes, no, or unknown. We will make this document available to prospective buyers to review. The remaining disclosures are signed electronically. Once our agreement is signed, the Vincent Costa Real Estate Team will dive into action.
